Shedding the old my weight!

I'm new here. My wife started using the fitness pal about before I did and was seeing good results. I work outdoor and am constantly moving, but my weight keep increasing. So, I decided to try this and regulate my calories. I have been on a month and have lost 7 lbs. My goal is 180 lbs for now.

    Welcome! Tracking calories has been key for me. I am up and down with more up than down. There are several challenges on here you can join from minutes workouted to miles biked/ran. Good luck!
