Help me decide on a workout for tomorrow!

Hi! I need some help on deciding what to do tomorrow! Sundays are usually my long run days, at least 8 miles. But with the humidity (it's supposed to be 80-90% humidity tomorrow morning), it's going to be super tough. I ran 5 miles a few days ago and that was rough, barely made it!
So, I can either A) suck it up and run, just go slower and maybe not as far
bike instead, the wind will make it a little cooler
or
C) stay in the air conditioning and do a jillian michaels DVD or do a p90x cardio DVD
I just want to get a great workout in that burns a ton of calories (I totally pigged out tonight!)
Help!

I've never done P90X (idk why yet lol) but combined with an a/c = amazing!0

My vote's on the bike, because if you feel like doing more (distance, time) you can. If you head out and it's just too much, then you can turn back in and finish up indoors0
