Vitafiber: How do you use it?

I've been reading all kinds of stuff online about how awesome IMO sweeteners are - high fiber, low carb, and not horrible tasting. I'm a sucker and ordered both the powder and the syrup, but now the question is how to use it? I've seen a million posts on how to make homemade quest bars, but can you use it as a sugar replacement in regular baking and cooking? How about in your tea and coffee?
