Hi. I am new to the whole idea of fitness pal. After reading a lot about it, I figured I should give it a try. My goal is to lose 50 pounds, hopefully by losing a pound a week. Let the journey begin.

    I've been here for a month and I love it! It's a great community, and as long as you don't mind spending the time logging its a pretty surefire way to lose some weight!
