Calories when cooking with wine?

This is just idle curiosity, but hey, I'll ask it anyway....
When you cook with wine, does reducing off the wine in a sauce change the calorie count in any way? Because, you know, the alcohol is supposed to evaporate off, and that's supposed to be the most calorific part. If you cook with wine, do you go ahead and count the full calorie amount that you poured in?
I did count it. I counted the glass for the chef too >.> I just wondered what you all thought!
