Hello everyone.I've been using MFP for a little over two months now.I started doing a very low carb,high protein diet of no more than 1500 calories & it's working.I've been losing approx. 2lbs a week.I lift weights 4 days a weeks & do cardio 6 days a week.
When I started I was 237 lbs with a 42" waist.My goal is 185 & a 32" waist.I'm progressing nicely.I'm currently 212 lbs & I'm not sure what my waist size is but I had to make some new holes in my belt.
