I'm 25 and recently, less than a week ago, my doctor diagnosed me with hip bursitis. Before that I was running, using the stair master, Focus T25, and other high cardio machines. Since I've been diagnosed I've been told no cardio. Since I cant do cardio I have stopped eating the occasional bowl of ice cream and other foods I shouldnt
Besides doing upper body and abs what else can I do so I can lose weight. I'm nervous that since I cant do cardio I am going to gain weight. Walking is out since it is hard to walk as is.

I have hip bursitis too and I have found that losing weight helps out a lot. Why can't you swim? I have found that swimming and yoga are good for me. I tell the yoga instructor about my condition and just stop anything that hurts.0
