I would say a good 5-10lbs is water. The body can fluctuate up to 5lbs a day just based on water and/or food not eliminated from the body yet.

Now, that said, if you have a LOT of weight to lose, it's more likely that more of that is actual fat loss than if you only have, say, 20lbs to lose.

It's a lot! If you're really fat, enjoy it while it's easy because it gets much harder.

If you're on some kind of fad diet, consider changing to something easier and healthier.

If you're eating a healthy amount of healthy foods and exercising...just enjoy it while it lasts, lol. :)

I'd say it depends on how your losing it.
Like someone else said, if it's a fad diet, stop it and do it healthily. I lost around 20lbs in 3 weeks on a low cal diet, and I regret and wish I was healthy from the beginning.
It's probably water weight, unless your very overweight, in which case it will eventually slow down.
If your really worried, or feeling any other troubling symptoms along with it, then you should see a doctor to be safe.
I'm sorry I don't have much to say than what was already said, but just try to be healthy.

Definitely some of it is fat, but 1650 is pretty low for a man, especially if you are exercising as you said. I think you should eat more.

If you are exercising, you should log it in MFP and eat back about 50% of the calories it gives you. Your goal is net calories, meaning what you ate minus what you burn exercising should be near your goal. MFP tends to overestimate calorie burns, hence eating back only 50% of the exercise calories.

You're not eating enough. I'm 5'7, 175, workout 5 hours a week and eat 2100 as a deficit. If you're working out 2 hours almost every day, you are significantly under eating.

ETA you're a guy? Dude, you're definitely WAY undereating then. If I'm eating more than you when I weigh less and possibly don't work out as much as you, and am a female... you're doing it wrong.

Calculate your TDEE from a site like exrx.net, scoobysworkshop, or health-calc (scooby is a good middle-ground average ifyou use your body fat %, otherwise I'd average out the first and last site or use the last site) and enter that as a custom calorie goal so you don't need to worry about eating back exercise calories.
