need food ideas for my macros

any help for food ideas to fit what i have left

    Well, you don't need to be exact on all of your macros. Aim for your protein minimum, and then fill the rest as you'd like. But I guess some possibilities...

    Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter. These will help you reach fat and protein macros. Then a nutrient-dense fruit of some kind... water melon would be great.

    You might wind up eating a weird combo of food. Since you're pretty close to your carb content, I'd say maybe have another protein shake or some low-fat greek yogurt mixed with lots of peanut butter.
