I have lost 5lbs this week. I have exercised 6 days this week. I am on a mission to get back to 150 lbs. I had to because I knew because of the medication I was using. I am also a diabetic and I don't want to go back on my medicine. I am finding that since I have been working out that I have a lot more energy and a lot less lower back pain. I am just going to be real and not look at how much I used to weigh, I am taking this mission 10 lbs. at a time.
