please share with me some ideas re strength training exercises I can do from home. I don't use a gym so please bare that in mind. I have a couple of weights at home but not many ideas what to do with them...

These are three books with good bodyweight strength programs. I hear YAYOG has a nice phone app that goes along with it.0 -

you can substitute your weights for the milk jug and the suitcase
