Went crazy on my cheat day...

So I decided I was finally going to allow myself a free day. It was my birthday, and I didn't want to feel restricted and anxious about food all day. Well, I went totally nuts. I didn't eat total junk (a lot of pecans, dark chocolate, unsweetened coconut, tons of fruit, honey....), but those freaking calories add up so fast. I hit around 3200. And I am a petite woman with a desk job, so my bmr is 1200. I just feel so defeated and like I've screwed up so much hard work :-( So very discouraged. I don't know what to do.

It's your birthday so relax and enjoy it. It's only if you do that too often it'll matter.

It'll only hurt you if you give up. Remember you would have to eat 3500 calories ABOVE MAINTENENCE to even gain a pound. Tomorrow is a new day. Start fresh!

Don't weigh tomorrow. Get right back on track with logging and your regular workout schedule and don't give it another thought. One day does not make or break a goal.

This ^ but make it a week. Stay away from
your scale long enough to keep you strong.

It's one day, no biggie. Maybe try having a larger calorie day once a week or bi-weekly, this will benefit you in so many ways.
