Ok I need YOU to tell me to get back on track! Party season or not it should not be an excuse for having wine (and a lot of it) at with meal, drink one or two Baileys because it is so nice next to the fireplace with the christmas tree in the background, eat a double cheese burger (yes DOUBLE, when normally I don't ven eat single ones) because Christmas is almost there and I want confort food.............................................
Yes the list is very long

To stay on track I have to drop 1lbs by Monday next week! (that will be my first mini goal done and dusted on time) I have not lost a single mini lb over the last 2 weeks because I keep stuffing my face with confort food and drinks and that I have been lazy.

I need a real kick in the bum, so come on you can go for it, I really need it to wake up!!!!!

One of the things I've had to adjust to while losing weight is sober partying. I haven't completely cut alcohol out of my diet, but I've significantly reduced it. It can certainly make partying different than it used to be. If I can't abstain from not drinking, I nurse a light beer or two for the whole night. And you'll find that when you're the sober one, it may be awkward at times, but you get quite a lot of amusement from other people's antics that you didn't get when you were drinking along with them/
  • last year I joked WHO?? looses weight in december. used it as an excuse to drink and eat overboard.
this year I am actually loosing in december.
    I will eat my words.
I am saving up for the 25th and I am going to enjoy the best and high quality foods with no limits and just be sensible again the enxt day.
