canceled the gym

I had my gym membership for about an year then I was tired of doing the same workout everyday.
I just canceled the membership.. figured I would do something else.
now it's been a month, I am not workingout at all! I do not know how to start!
I don't like how the sun light is so strong during daytime, then I don't want to go out at night (I am just a chicken, I am scared to walk around outside at night..)
Any recommandation????? Thank you!

    Workout DVDs! You could get them at the library, from netflix, or a used video store. I have many of them, for days I don't feel like going to the gym for my workout.

    Here are some of my favorites:

    Biggest Loser cardio max (sort of a bootcamp-style circuit training)
    Hip Hop Abs
    Crunch Dance Fitness/ Cardio Dance Party

    Biggest Loser Power Sculpt
    Hip Hop Abs total body burn

    and any Rodney Yee Yoga DVD (my favorite is called "Yoga Burn")
