I am a 56 year old woman who is finding it very hard to take off weight !!! Any suggestions ? I know I need to exercise and eat right , but I still have a hard time ... Anyone else have this problem ?! Thanks for any feedback !!! Blessings ...

Alot of us do here:grumble: However you have come to the right place. Plenty of support and encouragement here. And lots of good ideas. I"m 53 and have some health challenges but I get so much from this site that it keeps me going. So welcome aboard. My best advice is to us the tracker everyday and dont' cheat. It wil come off.0

I too am 53, will be 54 in March :laugh: I love this site!!! If you have a question there is an answer on here about it if not anyone will be happy to answer it for you. I too have health issues BUT that is not excuse not to eat properly and to exercise. No matter what the issues are there are excerices that can be done and just eating right will help lose the weight yeah!!
If you want friend me and we can do this together!!!!
Good luck and just stay on the prize..You losing weight and getting fit!!

It is tough especially if you have health issues that creep into the picture. Medications, arthritis,mobility issues etc. make it harder. Hang in there and be persistent. My weight loss has been painfully slow. :huh: I've dropped only 5 lbs since mid-October. But, it is going in the right direction, so I keep going! You can too :flowerforyou:0

Hi i'm 49 and since july 2009 i have lost 40lbs , put 4 back on and for months now i have been stuck around 154 !
at the moment i'm trying not to worry what the scales say so much , i have started going to the gym again and i love pump class , i go twice a week , i'm toning and losing inches!
