Which programs suit me best?

I am very aware that I should stick to ONE-TWO programs at a time, but yeah, I'm struggling in which path should I try first. I don't know what really works for me the most. I am underweight, but want to get more "toned", "muscular", and "stronger" while removing some love handles.. I am currently on T25, but for two months I don't see any physical changes except my increase in strength and cardio..
My options are:
-T25 (cardio strength)
-T25 + P90x3 hybrid (cardio strength)
- P90x3 (cardio strength)
-Kayla Itsine (resistance + cardio strength)
-New Rules of Lifting for Women (Lift)
-Strong Lift 5x5 (Lift)
My TDEE: 1750
Height: 163 cm
Weight: 45 kg
Bodyfat: around 20%
Eating: maintainance or surplus (alternatively)
For sure I'm going for lifting, but I want to keep my cardio strong as well. P90x3 seemed great too as it offers 90 days and I saw so many good transformations, but then if I do ALL I will not have the strength to lift, and then this means I over-exercised. I'm pretty lose in where I should go. My college is starting next two weeks, and I need a program that sticks with me and take less time (which what I've listed takes less than an hour anyways). Any advices on which programs I should choose?
