So this how my lunch/ dinner is everyday.
I boil a large pot of water, usually about 600ml, then I throw in half of carrot, some brocolli, cauliflower, 3 to 4 ****take mushrooms, 6cm x 2cm x 2cm of salmon, a few leaves of butterhead leaves, half tomato, half packet of whole grain noodle, some thyme and parsley at the end and I stir in a teaspoon of sesame oil and pepper at the end to taste.
How many calories would this be roughly?

Invest in a food scale. That way, you can just enter these items into your diary and it will tell you how many calories that is.0

Use the recipe builder, that's what it's for.0

This. Buy a food scale - weigh those ingredients - log them in your recipe builder. You have to make at least a slight effort yourself if you're interested in losing weight.0 -
Exactly 31.02846 calories. The hell is wrong with you?0
