Scooby calculator question

Hi, I have been stalled on weight loss for about two months now. I have decided to try the scooby calculator as it has been suggested. I have a question. It asks me to enter my activity level, I walk every day on my breaks and therefore get a guaranteed 7.5 hours of moderate exercise a week. I do other exercises after work but this varies from day to day and week to week. This calculator says I should eat about 300 more calories than I have been. If I go with it's suggested amount which is 1589 should I not enter my moderate walks and therefore not eat back those calories?

If you include your exercise when you figure your activity modifier on Scooby then you do not eat back the earned calories that MFP would add to your goal. MFP sets your goal lower so that you can eat them back. Scooby includes them at the beginning so you don't need to.0
