Day one...again.

First I got injured...then I had livestock getting sick back to back to back...then I had to rebuild shelters for livestock....

Today (knock on wood) I am back in the saddle. I hope to begin my road (back) to fitness. I need to lose 16lbs/10% body fat/3 jeans sizes (any of the above will make me happy).

I'm jumping right back where I left off (ahem....I hope....) with chest, back and abs in the a.m. and HIIT this evening.

I sincerely hope the bottom doesn't fall out on me again this time!
