Anyone tried Allevo bars?

I've been given some Allevo 'meal replacement'- things.. Both some microwave meals and some meal-replacement bars.

So, the bars, I will not be using them as meals, but as candy bars - and they are a big portion of candy for only 200calories!
I read a lot of applause for Quest bars, are these similar? I've read often that Quest are very good microwaved, that it's like a hot brownie, do you think it would be good for these bars as well? I don't want to 'experiment' too much in case it sucks, and I've wasted them :b I'm not going to buy anymore besides these I got for free.
