Cooking with Truvia

Have you cooked/baked using Truvia? If so what are your experiences?

I use truvia quite a bit but have not with recipes calling for any sort of sugar.

    I baked a protein "cheesecake" with it, as the recipe called for non-sugar sweetener. Overall it tasted pretty good, but it was either the aftertaste or that it was overly sweet that made me not love how it turned out. I also used coconut oil in the crust though so maybe that also affected it, but I actually liked how the crust turned out (truvia was used in the filling only).
