3.1 for the first time ever!!!

Six months ago I weighed 265 and couldnt walk a mile without stopping to take a break. Now I am under 215 and just ran 3.1 miles in 30:55 thats a 9:58 pace! My goal has been to run a 5k in under 30 minutes. Today was the first time I ever ran 3 miles. Another week of training and I should be able to break 30 minutes. It really feels good to be fit!!!!!!!

CURRENT WEIGHT: 216
FIRST GW: 220 (pre-pregnancy weight) met 30 Sep 2010
2ND GW: 210 by 30 Nov 2010 (grrr those extra 6 lbs.!)
3RD GW: 200 by 30 Jan 2011
4TH GW: 190 by 31 Mar 2011
