Hello,
So Ive joined since I have officially topped out at 200lbs- my heaviest ever. I am a full time nursing student with 2 kids. All the stress and emotions have pushed me to comfort eating. But I'm changing TODAY!
Question is- I have started a POUND class twice a week, any idea how I can figure the calories lost during the 45 min class.. its extremely high aerobic (or at least feels it). I love getting to add exercise to my fitness pal, HELP please, I wanna calculate this right...wish me luck on my adventure of losing 35 lbs!

Hey good luck with this !! The best bet might be a heart rate monitor that tells you the amount of calories lost0
