I have been "stuck" at 195 for several weeks all the time being pretty close to my goals on MFP on a daily basis. A few days over/a few days under. This week, I just started dropping down again. I am not at 192. I am not sure what changed, but this was a pleasant surprise for the week.

  • I love when that happens! I was stuck too and then got a tummy bug, so had an unplanned fast! it seemed to shock my body back into losing! I'm delighted for you, I know how great that feels, good for you, have a great day!

Did you do anything different that helped you get out of being "stuck"? Just wondering since i've been "stuck" at 160.

    Great job!

I was excited this morning because, after weighing myself in the middle of the day Sunday, I had only lost like 0.4-0.6 pounds. I weighed myself this morning 160.8 (2.2 pounds lower than my starting weight!!!) and was excited!

I also plan to start P90X soon (within the next week or two) and absolutely can't wait to see the results I'll get from that!

my body seems to go three or weeks sometimes with no wt loss, then all of a sudden 2 or 3 lbs come off. It happens every few months.

    That's great!

I joined MFP a month ago and have been very good about exercising and keeping to the right amount of net calories yet my weight loss is stalled at the same 3 lbs. I keep fluctuating between 152.5 and 155 (my starting weight) and I'm so sick of it!

So, your post gives me some hope that my body will cooperate with me soon!
