25 and 120 to go!

I have been stalking the boards of this site for a week now, and I am really excited about having this as another tool to reach my weight loss goal!

I would like to lose 120 in about a year. I know it's aggressive, and it's going to be difficult, but I think it's possible.

    Hi Dear!

My name is Kanika, and I am from India.

I am 27 years old, I am also trying to lose some weight nearly about 70 pounds (30-31 kgs), my height is 5'6", and I am married for two years. I have been an over weight child always, and now all I want to do is lose some weight, so that we can start our family :)

One thing that I have started doing is drinking at least 3 lts of water per day, and having an early dinner. I also try to exercise for about 25-40 mins a day, for a minimum of 4 days.

Hope this information helps you in some way.

    Cheers!

    Kanika

P.S. I am new to fitnesspal :) hope to have a good time here!

I started to keep a track of my exercise from June 3rd week, this year. I'm in my 10th week of my weight loss journey, and wish to keep it going. But in between there were 4 weeks when I did no workout at all, because of my health. But that doesn't count. I'm considering those days too in my overall 10 week journey. I had an aim to be 96 kgs by the end of Aug, but I'm still stuck at 100 kgs

I will try to be on my track to the best of my ability

Just a little update - I have lost 5 kgs till date, and 13 inches off my body :) I'm looking fitter and better :)

I will be posting my results by the end of this months

    I'm Happy

I'm stuck at 100 kgs for the last six weeks. Though maintaining the weight, but I desperately want the scale to move.

Though I have lost 5 inches overall in these six weeks, but the scale just dosent moves lower, it either goes to 101 kgs and comes back to 100.

I am drinking 3 lts water everyday fr the last 10 days, it has helped me in digestion and better skin.

    I'm 27 years, 5'6" tall, female.

    Would appreciate help :)
