    Welcome. I would start by simply using the food log and trying to get some exercise in. It's a pretty user friendly site. Good luck!

    I agree with kimmiebear...just start logging your food for a week or so. That will help give you a feel for how much you are intaking. And log any exercise. After a week or two, start making some changes based on what you have observed. Good luck!!!!

    well you did the first step you logged in.....now just log all the food you eat under the food tab....and your exercise...and start losing the pounds.....
