C25K...Indoors?

I've done this program before and I love it! It's simple and so easy to follow and it gives great, lasting results. But now I'm a SAHM with no baby-sitter options. My youngest are 2 and 1 so I use a double stroller that is extremely hard to push and maneuver while jogging. I don't have a treadmill so I'm wondering if there is anything I can do that would be equivalent to the jog/walk intervals. Is jogging in place going to give me the same results as jogging outside? Should I do jumping jacks instead?
