I use our infared heat sauna every day after an hour long workout. Should I be counting calories burned from the 30 mins of sauna use? not really sure how to calculate that...unless i just use my HRM.

I don't. Sometimes I do exercises in the sauna, like push-ups and sit-ups and I count just those calories according to my HRM. The extra that I lose and don't log is just a nice bonus I see on the scale.0

I just wish I HAD a sauna to thaw out all of my frozen bits0

the sauna doesn't really burn calories, it just makes you sweat which makes you lose water weight. but when you start drinking water again, your weight goes back to normal. a good rule of thumb is to only log things that make you work hard. sitting a sauna is more relaxation than working :P but that doesn't mean you should stop going..the sauna is awesome for your muscles especially if you stretch while you're in there.0
