Need to stop binging, food ideas?

At lunch I'm getting real hungry with the food I take to college with me, as Im on a 1200 diet. I need something thats going to fill me up and stop those food cravings until dinner time. I need some ideas of what to make ?

    Add proteins as they fill you up, chicken fish tuna or beans etc . make a whole wheat sandwich that includes one of these along with some veggies.

    Oh and increase calories. Dont starve yourself

    Increase calories. It's better to go a little slower with the weight loss than put yourself at risk of a binge restrict cycle. Other than that fill up on lean protein and lots of veggies. If I'm hungry in the afternoon I'll often eat a huge plate of whatever veggies I feel like (carrot, handfull of snow peas, capsicum, cucumber, tomato) and chug half a scoop of protein with water. Fills me up every time for very little calories

    If your binge eating isn't due to anything emotional, I recommend eating more protein and green veggies, as the others have suggested.

    You aren't eating enough. eat more foods and don't demonize food (i.e. no food is off limits) and binging will stop being an issue.

    Raise your food intake to several hundred over 1200.
