Hello Everyone,
I'm makki and this is my first time using MFP. I've used noom off and on but never seriously. I'm now on it and concentrating highly. I was looking to getting some friends to fill my feed (while i'm beautifully narcissistic, its not fun just watching your own accomplishments over the days). My main issue is that i can only do 2 nights a week for exercise (my wife is asleep when i get back form the gym, so 2 nights a week is a good compromise).
usually its BODYATTACK class, which is a killer and makes me feel amazing. we shall see if it makes a difference in the long run. I am worried that i do not do any muscle training, does that effect weight loss? I am not intereted in gaining muscle, but losing weight only.

I'm just about to do some more Les Mills classes, not done them in ages but enjoyed them ....maybe Body Attack( want to and will try it out) but definetely Pump and others so add me if you want.0
