fitness program....

do you LOVE your fitness program. i mean really LOVE it? it is very important to love your workout. when you love it, you will do it.

i found my "soul mate" workout and LOVE it. i had loaned my DVD's to a friend for about 4 weeks. i had other DVD's to use. and did. but they weren't my FAVORITE, so i didn't do them as consistent as i should have.

if you LOVE your workout program, you are getting results, and feel better, you will be MUCH more likely to do them on these cold, short, winter days when all you want to do is eat carbs and sleep.

    Turbo Fire is my soulmate workout. I absolutely LOVE it and I jump out of bed at 4:30am every day to do it!

    yes! I run and I LOVE running.. a lot! When it's icy or really, really cold out I can't do it and the elliptical is so much work just to motivate myself to do it. I look forward to running.
  • I don't particularly 'love' my workout routine, but I sure do love seeing the goodlooking trainer at the gym everyday! =] Keeps me going! ha!

    I go through phases...itching to get back to the gym right now after a DVD binge...love everything I do and feel like it's important to switch it up!
