Uni assignments are making me stuff my face!

Warning: rambling ahead!

Okay, it's an excuse not a reason... but I can't seem to keep up this healthy eating thing when I have so many assignments due right now :( I haven't been to the gym for two days when previously I have been aiming for at least once every two days, if not most days in the week. I feel so unmotivated right now and just like a fat blob :(
I try to tell myself to eat better when trying to get this stuff done, and it is sort of working, but then I will be up til 3am and will be hungry and I end up pigging out on even the healthy stuff. Chocolate and burger rings, which were in the house, have been my downfall as well.
I know I just need to focus and not try to blame uni for all of this. Hopefully after the next few days are over I will be able to get back in to my routine.

    I know how you feel, I am planning on joining the gym but I am going to wait until this session finishes as I have so many assessments due over the next four weeks that I know I will not be able to make time for the gym.
    I've been trying to snack on dried fruits, I find they are filling and so I don't eat too much.
