New to MAINTAINING

    I'm very nearly there. Just a few pounds to go, so I'm entering the "maintenance mindset"..

    So far maintenance has been a breeze. I did not change much but as I got close I re-entered my new stats and up my activity level. I added back some beer and cheese but still pass on the fries, chips, mayo and other "bad" foods. Once I was feeling like "I got this" I quit logging and have stayed within a two and a half pound range.
