At 600 calories, I wouldn't see how it would be possible to reach your daily nutrition requirements unless you were having to totally stock up on alternative supplements. Especially potassium and magnesium which are pretty vital0

600 calories??? regardless of calories burned by burning your fat, you require protein, vitamins, minerals, etc and you only get those in food. You can become malnourished while still overweight by attempting to subsist on 600 calories. This doctor is crazy. I would find another.0
