    Total daily Energy Expenditure.

    MFP gives you a deficit using the NEAT method...Non Exercise Activity Thermogenics.

    With TDEE you include your exercise calories and average out your consumption over a period of time to find it. That is your maitenance.

    then take a percentage off of that.

    Total Calories consumed+(pounds lost x 3500)/#days (typically it's 2-3 weeks) so 14 to 21 days. This works if you accurate with intake and consistent with exercise.
