So people are telling me so many diffrent stuff..

That i should eat less proteins etc.


I want

214g protein,
356g carb
65g fat


I am 172cm tall, 74kg and want to gain lean muscle mass, and get ripped and sexy

    You probably don't need that much. 170g would likely be high enough to start with.

    That's a lot of calories.
    Looks like around 2800 calories, 30/20/50 P/F/C split?

    What's your training routine?
