Hi all,

Even though I am only 28, my cholesterol levels are pretty high. My mother is very slim, yet also has high cholesterol levels so I guess it is partly genetic that my level is high too :(

I am hoping to start cooking a bit more, so I would really love it if you guys can suggest some really good links or websites for low cholesterol recipes. Or simply sharing your fav recipe in this category :)

Much appreciated - thanks!

copy and paste. It has a lot of recipes. Also dlife.com has recipes and you can choose if you want low fat, low carb, low sodium...
    Good luck!

South Beach was developed by a cardiologist to help his heart patients get healthy. It's kept my cholesterol manageable for years - actually helped me reduce the numbers by eating lean foods, healthy vegetables and grains. And, as a side bonus, it just happens to be a great weight loss plan, too!

Dig around in the forum - lots and lots and helpful information.

allrecipes.com is great and they have ways to look up recipes by low cholesterol, low fat, etc.
