New, with a question!

Hey there I'm Racheal!

I'm new here, again. So add me! Maybe if I had more friends I wouldn't disappear from here so often...

Also I have a question for you guys, maybe you can help me out with my activity settings!

I work 12 hours shifts in a pretty busy factory and I'm constantly moving, lifting, etc. So I did a little "add exercise" and only put in an estimate of 8 hours of walking at 2.5 mph ... and it came up with me burning like 2500 calories! Unfortunately, I only work 3 - 4 days a week and on my days off I'm sedentary in comparison... what should I put for my activity level?

I would still put at least lightly active and even Moderate as that is still a 1500 calorie burn over 7 days.

You can try lightly active and if you are losing too quickly...hehe I know...you can change it to moderate later.

The one above sedentary at least. 3-4 12 hour shifts of light exercise is above sedentary. I sit at a desk 40 hours a week and mine is the one above sedentary.

Your estimated exercise goal does not factor into the MFP calculation for calorie goal

I think that would even out to being "Lightly Active" all considered.
