App to "schedule" exercises?

Anyone know of an iphone app that you can schedule your workouts in advance and check them off when completed? I don't want one long to-do list, or to load them in the calendar each day.
For example, I use the Gipis app for run training, each day I have a run it shows x # of miles, time, and a button to start my run, and once I am done I upload the run & it shows complete.
I have a paper plan at my desk but feel like an electronic plan would work well since I am already used to that format with the run training.

    Thanks, this looks like what I'm looking for. I'll have to play around with it some but I think this will do!
