Healthier items I couldn't live without:

    Shrimp
Sweet potatoes (I love making fries with them)

wish I could find sweet potatoes they are so yummy, shrimp? frozen? how do you cook?

If you can't get fresh sweet potatoes, try the Alexia brand. They have frozen sweet potato fries and they are good. 3 oz is 140 calories, I think. I keep a pack on hand, for when I don't have enough prep & bake time (which come the end of Sept. I'll be using those regularly - I work at a concert hall and the season starts in Sept and ends in June. It's nonstop insanity).

I like to pan sear my shrimp in olive oil. Good stuff. Sometimes if I'm feeling particularly indulgent, I'll lightly coat it in some corn meal and wheat flour mix and pan sear it in olive oil. I buy the frozen, un-cooked kind.

Okay ty I will look high and low

    what is pb2 ppl mention?

    Chicken breast.
Raw cacao powder-probably the one 'super food' I consistently buy.
    Spray olive oil for cooking.
    Brown rice with barley.
    Baby spinach.
    Broccoli.
    Frozen berries.
    Frozen peas.
    Rolled oats.
    Carrots.
    Apples.
    Yogurt.
Bananas- I often freeze them for smoothies or 'ice cream' which is just blended frozen fruits with protein powder etc.
Nuts- almonds, walnuts, or almond butter & peanut butter (organic and no added sugars)
    Natvia.
    Eggs.
    Low fat milk.
    Wholemeal bread.
    Tinned tuna.
    Organic pasta.
    Rice crackers.
    Light Philadelphia cream cheese.

Consider swapping the "light" bagels and bread for Ezekiel products. They make delicious bread products that are gluten free and full of fiber and nutrients. Way better for you than conventional bread products.

If I find them and they have 5gs of fiber as my bread and bagels I so will :D
