Hello,
Up till now, I Usually jog 4.5 miles early mornings Mon/Wed/Fri and have my cheat day on Thursday (cheat day meaning I eat lots and lots of pizza...).
I now have to change my routine in which cheat days have to be on Wednesday.
Is it logical to continue my jog early morning and have the cheat day or will it have negative effects?
Thanks!

It's still cals in and cals out so you are probably fine. If you notice a change then modify. I haven't noticed that my weight fluctuates regardless when I eat (unless I eat before a run) but then I usually run M - F and walk on Sat. My cheat day is either Sat or Sun depending on who I want to watch for football (or sometime Sat & Sun  )0
