What an eye opener!

I usually eat flatbread with a thick layer of laban and turkeybreast, or with very young goatcheese for breakfast. This comes down to about 250 kcal and I usually eat some more fruit next to it. It easily keeps me full until lunch time. (I can't eat much for breakfast).

Currently I'm on a business trip in Europe. Three small pieces of normal bread and a bit of cheese already sum up to over 350 kcal, and I'm hungry after a short time already. I used to eat four pieces with lots of cheese on each of them, and I usually was really hungry at lunch time.

The eye opener is: I used to eat a lot of calories for breakfast in the past (used to live here), and it's not the most filling food. I prefer the flat bread I think :)

When traveling, do not stress about losing weight. Try to maintain if you can.
Take care of business and maybe have a good time.
Be moderate // mindful of your eating and when you come home you can go back to the restricted calories plan.
