Of lean muscle mass this week
. While my overall weight went up by 2lbs my body fat fell by another 1% point. oh and i made some size gains as well

I started my new supplement cycle last week will see what happens this week and maybe i will have to drop my cals just a little ( with exercise i generally eat over 3000 cals per day)

Thanks every one.
Most of the way through my day today and i have decided i would drop my cals (from 2400 to 2000). my suplements and vitamins add a few hundred cals a day that i usually dont account for so it should balance out. Exercise cals are between 600 and 1000 6 days a week so i will still be getting pleanty to add more new muscle.
As long as the body fat keep going down ill be happy but the waist still needs to get a couple inches smaller for the summer.... only 7 1/2 weeks to go until i leave for vacation.0 -
