My first before and after pictures...

Well I started my weight loss journey in January 2010 and weighed in at 249. Totally shocked... I knew I was getting big but I didn't know I was that big.

The first picture is from Xmas 09.

The second is from this summer when I discovered MFP, my weight is 227.

The last picture is from today, my weight is 202... 47 pounds gone in just under a year.

My goal is another 170 by August, only 32 pounds but I have a lot of time to do it.

To all of you thank you for your support, it is much appreciated, I read your stories and I see your success and it motivates me everyday.

    wow! what in inspiration you are! you look great, and i think it's so amazing that people who post their before/after pictures seem to have one thing (aside from the fact that they've totally rocked the mfp world) in common - they've discovered the fountain of youth! you look so much younger! great job!

    That takes guts to post your before pictures but you have lost your gut in the the other pictures so great job and keep up the good work can not wait to see more results.
