Just noticed on myfitnesspal
When I eat less than 1000 cals a day I get a notice saying it's not recommended people eat below 1k per day.
Well, duh. But I do weekly not daily cals (daily cals never worked for me - I need "cheat" days). I'm saving up for Sat for a college football viewing party w/wings & at least 2 alcoholic beverages Then Sun we have a b-day party at SIL's. I won't eat cake due to my diabetes but they're having smoked turkey & brisket - I know I'm having a lot of that!! And my BIL makes the best shrimp dip ever. I don't know how many cals it is but I'm pretty sure that mayo he uses isn't fat free!
I sound like a spoiled little kid, I know : ) but I really hate a program telling me I'm doing it wrong.
