You guys and gals are so smart! Thank you

Over the weekend my scale showed a 3.5 pound gain. I was upset and doubting that little thing that tells me how much i would weigh in 5 weeks, yada yada. I hadn't changed anything, or so I thought, and yet I gained almost 4 pounds.

Well, poking around here in response to another poster it was suggested that i was dehydrated. Well sure enough I increased my water intake and am down 3.8 pounds from the weekend.

You guys are soo smart. Who would have thought not driving enough would cause a gain!

Haha yeah it's a bit counter intuitive isn't it but think about it this way. If your body becomes short of water it starts going oooh crap! and starts holding any outgoing water back. I fluctuate quite a bit myself. Or at least I have done until recently. I think the more bodyfat you have the more your weight is prone to fluctuate. Which is why women have it worse in this regard as their bodyfat is naturally higher.

End yes you also set yourself apart by not going wAAAAGH I gaineded teh WEIGHT! calorie counting must not work ir speshul snowflake with bad genetics and a slow motoblism! Gimme excuse to binge on pizzanicecreem kkthankxbai!!1One
