Black bean brownies and mock vitatop muffins

I was wondering if anyone has any recipes for black bean brownies or muffins like vitatop muffins! The brownies would be great for a chocolate craving. I love muffins and it would be great if I could make my own cheaper version! Any healthy 100-130 calorie muffin recipes would be good too Thanks
