Is it okay to eat all the exercise nack using a HRM?

I eat all my exercise calories back but now I am worried that I could end up eating too much calories and gain weight.I use a heart rate monitor that comes with a chest strap

If you aren't doing the TDEE, I think people would suggest eating half of them back.
If you are doing TDEE, you should have already incorporated exercise calories in, so do not eat them back.0 -
