    How are you doing with the juicing now?? I am just getting started and trying to get into to the idea of juicing. The drinks I have made up are tasty but I still feel I need to eat..something.

    Juice enough calories and with all the nutrients your body needs for your health and fitness goals.

    Here is my suggestion for each day:

    Pancakes, peanut butter and oatmeal juice for breakfast

    Protein shake with milk juice after a work out at some point during the day

    Tuna, lettuce and mayo on whole grain bread juice for lunch

    Chicken and veggies juice for dinner

    Milkshake juice for dessert.

    BAM!, no citrus. Might need to add water to these to get a good juice thickness.

    And there you go, a great juicing diet.

    don't drink too much apple juice the calories are high and so are the sugur
