Hi everyone! My Zumba instructor took measurements before we started a 6 week challenge, and at the end, I lost 9 inches. She used a cloth tape measure, but since I want to keep track of my measurements as often as I weigh myself, I don't know if I should buy a digital tape measure instead. Would it be more accurate? Is there a limit to the size of your body part being measured (for example: 24 inch digital tape, but your waist is 30 inches)? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
